I'm almost 20 years old, Day after tomorrow in fact, I dunno there's something about heading into another decade.. it's sobering. I can't say I feel extremely old but I can see the years slipping by, I look back at memories and think "wow that was four years ago!" or I think about how I've lived here in Idaho for almost 20 years.

Enough about age, I've been working out almost every day for a week or two, I've been doing a lot of handsprings and flips on the rings, so I've been pretty sore and sleeping a little bit extra every night. Also I've been gaining weight but I'm reasonably sure it's at least mostly muscle mass so I'm not too worried.

I've been doing back handsprings but they are pretty pathetic looking, still I shall master them and then the back flip.

Praise God for the sun shine! it's so pretty here.

Has anyone seen those ads for white teeth? "How I cured my yellow teeth" "You can have teeth like this" Has anyone ever clicked on them? hah! well if you suffer from chronic yellow teeth, I've got some news for you, white teeth are not far from you, if you simply will change a couple things in your life. Start brushing.. every day, three times per day. You will notice quite a difference in teeth color, and brush after coffee. Or you could just get some hydrogen peroxide for 50 cents to a dollar for like a quart of it at the local drug store, use that for a ten to fifteen minute mouth rinse and you will have better breath, clean white teeth, healthy gums and possibly better health overall. (brushing occasionally is suggested)
